The commitment

Larissa Mayfield follows the federal Fair Housing Act, which protects race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status and disability, and Oregon fair housing law, which goes further. Oregon protects marital status (ORS 659A.421), which matters on a site about divorce.

What that means here

This site is about a service: helping two people sell a home they own together. It never describes a home, a town or a neighborhood by who it suits or who lives there, and it makes no assumptions about which spouse moved out or who the children live with.

If you have a concern

You can raise a fair housing concern with the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
