Everything on this site is general information about selling a home during a divorce in Oregon. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not advice about your case. Larissa Mayfield is a real estate broker, not an attorney or a CPA. Talk to your own attorney before you sign anything in your case, and to a CPA about taxes.

Laws, court rules, lending guidelines and IRS publications change. The sources listed on each page show where a statement came from and when it was checked; confirm current details before you rely on them.

The tools

The calculators do arithmetic on the numbers you enter. Their results are estimates for discussion, not a settlement statement, an appraisal, a loan approval or a guarantee of any sale price.

No agency relationship from using the site

Reading this site or sending a form does not make Larissa your broker. In Oregon an agency relationship is set out in writing, and you will receive the state’s initial agency disclosure pamphlet at first contact. Larissa is licensed with Real Broker, LLC, license 201231874.
