Privacy policy
What this site collects, where it goes, and what never happens to it. Written for people in the middle of a divorce, so it says plainly what your spouse will and won’t see.
Browsing: nothing
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or retargeting code. Just reading it sends nothing about you to me.
Our host (GitHub Pages) and the font service (Google Fonts) receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages, under their own privacy policies.
The tools
The calculators, the path finder and the checklist run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent anywhere. The checklist saves your ticks in your own browser’s local storage, on that device only, and Start over clears them.
The consult and guide forms
When you send a form, it collects only what you type: your name, how to reach you, where you are in the process, whether you both want to sell, the home’s city or address if you give it, and your message. It also records the page you sent it from. If you tick the box agreeing to calls and texts, the exact wording you agreed to and the time are kept with it.
What you send passes through a small server function hosted by Supabase and is stored in Follow Up Boss, the client-management system Larissa uses. It is used to answer you and, if you choose to work with her, to provide real estate services.
Your spouse
Larissa does not tell your spouse that you contacted her, and does not share what you send. If you both later decide to sell with her, from that point both of you receive the same information about the sale at the same time, which is how she works for both sellers.
Calls and texts
Larissa only calls or texts you if you ticked the consent box. Choose “Email only” and that is how she’ll reach you. Reply STOP to any text, or ask her to stop, and she will.
Never sold
Your information is never sold, rented or handed to a lead vendor. It is shared only as needed to serve you, for example with an escrow or title company in a sale you are part of, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask what information Larissa holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to records Oregon requires real estate licensees to keep. Use the form on Your privacy choices, email larissa@theoperativegroup.com, or call 541.784.7745.
