The checklist.

Every decision and document, from the first talk with your attorney to the closing statement. Tick as you go; it saves on this device only.

The short answer

Before listing, settle three things in writing: who pays what until closing, the price plan, and where the proceeds go. If papers have been served, add the other spouse’s written consent or a court order (ORS 107.093). The full list is below, and it prints cleanly.

About this tool

Where are my ticks saved?

In this browser on this device only, using its local storage. Nothing is sent to me. Clear your browser data, or press Start over, and they’re gone.

Should both of us use the same checklist?

You can each keep your own on your own devices. The decisions in the second group are the ones to settle together, in writing.

Why does the agency pamphlet appear?

Oregon requires a real estate broker to give you the initial agency disclosure pamphlet at first contact (ORS 696.820). It explains who a broker works for.
